At Nana’s Stealz and Dealz, we strive to make your shopping experience easy, affordable, and reliable.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping of $5.99 per order within the U.S.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75.
- Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at select vendor pop-up events. Follow us on Instagram @nanasstealzanddealz for upcoming locations.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Refund Method: Returns will be issued as store credit only.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain products, all sales at vendor pop-up events are final.
- Process: To initiate a return, please email us at nanasstealzanddealz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
